Campaign Strategist

Meryl is a strategic marketing and communications consultant with 20 years of B2C and B2B experience across UK and international markets. Meryl founded Iter Marketing in 2023, is a trustee of Dementia Jersey, and was Interim Head of Marketing & Business Development at Baker & Partners.

Motion Graphics & Animation

Dean is a Jersey-based designer and animator who has worked in motion graphics since 2011. After eight years at Switch Digital, latterly as Lead Designer & Animator, Dean now works freelance as a creative director for design and animation.

Creative Direction

Steve is a freelance creative director with more than 25 years leading brand, campaign and design work, including nine years as Creative Director at Switch Digital and 13 at Side-on Brand Communicators in the UK. Steve's focus is brand strategy, campaign direction and design systems.

Ecommerce Consultant

Matt is Global eCommerce Manager at Swazi, running DTC and B2B Shopify stores across the UK, Europe and New Zealand. Matt founded and later sold the online retailer Absolute Rugby, and spent over a decade running ecommerce for official Rugby World Cup and British & Irish Lions retail programmes.

Growth Consultant

Callum is a full-stack developer with a marketing background, specialising in automation, SEO and AI integration. Since 2019 Callum has led GA4 migrations for more than 100 clients and built chatbot and custom API integrations for businesses in the UK, US, Jersey and Portugal.
