Claude Consulting

Claude consulting, built by a consultancy that runs on Claude.

Marketing workflows, content pipelines, brand voice agents, and team enablement. Production-grade, not pilots.

Why Claude

Why Claude wins on marketing work.

01

Long-context reasoning that fits real marketing work.

Claude handles 200K-token contexts cleanly, which means whole brand books, full content libraries, and multi-document briefs go in at once. Other models truncate or hallucinate when context grows.

02

Brand voice fidelity.

Claude's instruction-following holds tone, register, and brand guardrails over long outputs better than alternatives, which matters when you produce customer-facing copy at scale.

03

Skills and Agent SDK make workflows reusable.

Claude's Skills system lets us package marketing workflows as version-controlled, composable units. Prompts get rewritten by every new hire; Skills compound over time.

04

Anthropic's safety posture matches regulated work.

For financial services, legal, and professional services in Jersey and the UK, Claude's constitutional approach reduces compliance friction and earns trust faster.

What we deliver

Five ways we put Claude to work in marketing teams.

01

Claude-powered marketing workflows

Content production, campaign briefs, ad creative iteration, SEO and GEO research, and brand voice agents tuned to your tone of voice. Built on the Anthropic API with caching and prompt evaluation baked in.

02

Team enablement and training

Workshops, a 'Claude for marketers' curriculum, and prompt libraries your team can extend. The goal is independence: your people should ship Claude-backed work without ongoing consultancy.

03

Agentic operations

Custom agents, Claude Skills, and Claude Code rollouts that automate repetitive work. Multi-agent orchestration for complex pipelines, with monitoring and guardrails on every deployment.

04

Strategy and roadmap

When to use Claude, where, and how. We score automation opportunities, sequence them by ROI, and prepare your team and your data for what comes next.

Advanced

MCP servers and custom integrations

Custom MCP servers, tool integrations, and bespoke Claude API workflows for engineering-leaning teams. Available as part of a Sprint or Retainer engagement.

How we work

Four phases from idea to production.

Phase 01

Discover

Workflow mapping, opportunity scoring, and a prioritised roadmap. We identify where Claude adds real ROI and where simpler automation is the better answer.

Phase 02

Prototype

Rapid working demo on your real data in 1 to 2 weeks. Validates the approach before any full engineering build.

Phase 03

Build

Production engineering with error handling, monitoring, and guardrails. RAG grounding on your proprietary data. Deployed to your infrastructure or our managed environment.

Phase 04

Enable

Hands-on training, prompt libraries, and ongoing improvement so your team owns the system.

Proof of expertise

We don't sell Claude. We use it every day.

We don't sell Claude consulting on theory. Our consultancy runs on Claude. Skills, plugins, and internal agents power how we research, write, design, audit, and deploy. The links below are real artefacts from our day-to-day work, all built with Claude.

Tool

Growth OS

Our internal operating system for managing client work, dashboards, and growth playbooks. Built with Next.js, Payload, and Claude as a research and content layer.

Skill

Agency Operations skill

A Claude Skill that runs our daily standup: pulls client trackers, Fibery tasks, and recent meeting notes into a unified status view.

Skill

Brand DNA extractor

Scans a website URL and extracts a structured brand profile (colours, typography, voice, positioning) used to power downstream creative work.

Post

Plugin-first architecture

Why we moved Growth OS to a plugin-first model and let mature external plugins handle generic capabilities like SEO and paid ads.

Skill

Client SEO audit pipeline

Wraps the claude-seo plugin and persists outputs into each client's vault: report, log update, Fibery tasks for critical issues.

Skill

Marketing Skills library

Forty plus marketing-specific Claude Skills covering CRO, copywriting, schema, paid ads, and more. Open source.

Our perspective

Three opinions we are willing to defend.

01

Skills over prompts

Prompt libraries decay. They live in shared docs, get edited inconsistently by whoever has the file open that week, and break silently when the underlying model updates. Nobody owns them. Nobody tests them. The third time a junior copywriter rewrites the brand voice prompt, you have lost the thread. Skills compound. A Claude Skill is a packaged, version-controlled unit of work. It has parameters, it has documentation, it has a clear contract for what goes in and what comes out. We treat them like internal libraries: pull requests, code review, changelogs. When a model upgrade lands, we update one Skill and every workflow that imports it gets the upgrade for free. When a prompt breaks, we fix one Skill and the fix propagates. The economic difference is enormous over twelve months. A team running on prompts spends every quarter rewriting work it already did. A team running on Skills spends each quarter shipping new capability on top of last quarter's. The compounding curve bends sharply upward, and the gap between teams that recognise this and teams that do not widens fast.

02

Agentic marketing operations

A consultancy that runs on agents looks different. The org chart stops being people and tools, and starts being people, skills, and agents. Daily standups are generated from real client data before anyone joins the call. Reviews and replies are triaged by an agent that knows the brand voice. Content drafts are pre-written off the brief, ready for human edit rather than human write. Audits run continuously instead of quarterly. The economic shape of the work changes. The unit cost of a piece of content drops, but the leverage on each strategist increases more. Senior marketers spend their hours on judgement, positioning, and exceptions; the agents do the predictable execution. We have rebuilt our consultancy around this idea. Every recurring task gets evaluated for an agent. Every agent that earns its keep gets versioned, monitored, and improved. The result is not a smaller team doing the same work cheaper. The result is a team with the same headcount shipping ten times the strategic surface area, because the agents handle the volume and the humans handle the work that only humans can do well.

03

Model-aware design for marketing systems

Default to one model and you will lose. Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini have genuinely different strengths, and a serious marketing system uses each where it wins. Claude is the right call for long-context reasoning, brand voice fidelity over long outputs, and structured generation against tight schemas. Anything that needs to read a whole brand book, a full content library, or three months of customer transcripts at once: Claude. ChatGPT is the right call when you need fast, cheap inference at high volume. Bulk classification, lightweight rewriting, quick rephrasing inside an editor. Gemini is the right call for native multimodal work, especially anything that needs to reason about images and video alongside text. We design Claude into the workflows where it wins and route the rest elsewhere through a thin abstraction layer. The marketing teams that get the most leverage are not the ones that picked the right model; they are the ones that recognised model selection is a workflow-level decision, not a vendor-level one, and built systems that let them swap providers as the frontier moves.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

  • Claude has stronger long-context reasoning (up to 200K tokens) and tends to hold brand voice better over long outputs. ChatGPT is faster and cheaper for short tasks. We pick the model that fits the workflow rather than defaulting to one.

  • Yes. We build a brand voice agent grounded in your style guide, past content, and tone-of-voice notes via RAG. The agent produces drafts that match your house style closely enough that editors only need to polish, not rewrite.

  • A Skill is a packaged, version-controlled workflow that an agent can invoke. Think of it as a function with documentation, parameters, and tests. Skills compound: every new Skill makes the next workflow cheaper to build. Prompt libraries don't compound, they decay.

  • Model Context Protocol is an open standard for connecting Claude to external tools and data sources. An MCP server exposes your internal systems (CRMs, analytics, databases) so Claude can read and act on them safely. We build custom MCP servers for clients with bespoke stacks.

  • A Workshop produces a concrete roadmap in a day. A Sprint delivers a working production workflow in four weeks. Most retainer clients ship 2 to 3 new Claude workflows per month.

  • Yes. We work with marketing agencies who want to offer Claude-backed services without building the engineering capacity in-house. Engagements are typically Sprint or Retainer with a partner agreement.
