Signature Spaces is a commercial interior fit-out company in Jersey, led by Mark Greenfield. The team brings over 25 years of construction experience across office, retail, hospitality, and public sector projects. Clients include Andium Homes, Sure by Beyon, Prosperity 247, and Hawksford.
When Signature Spaces approached us, key leaders within the business already had a strong portfolio and reputation but no web presence. The goal was straightforward: get online fast, look credible from day one, and start generating inbound leads.

The Brief
Signature Spaces needed a website that could do two things. First, establish Signature Spaces as a serious commercial fit-out operation in Jersey. Second, provide a platform that could grow with the business, showcasing new projects as they landed.
Speed mattered. The team was winning work through referrals and word of mouth, but without a website they had no digital footprint. No search visibility. No way for prospects to evaluate them before picking up the phone. We scoped the project as an MVP go-to-market package: design, build, and launch within a 2 week sprint.
Platform and Approach
We chose Webflow for this build. It gives us full design control on the front end while providing a content-managed backend that the team can update without developer involvement. For a business that would be adding case studies regularly, this was the right trade-off between speed and long-term maintainability.
The design approach centred on the team's photography. Signature Spaces had invested in documenting their completed projects, and the images were strong. Rather than burying them in a gallery, we made them the primary visual language of the site. Every section leads with photography. We also produced AI-generated video content to add motion and depth to the static imagery, bringing completed spaces to life without the cost of a video production crew.
What We Built
The site launched with a clean structure: services overview, project portfolio, team credentials, and contact. We built out a dedicated case studies area designed for ongoing use. As the team completes new projects, they can add portfolio pieces directly through Webflow's CMS without touching the codebase.
SEO and Google Analytics best practices were implemented at launch, not retrofitted. Title structures, meta descriptions, schema markup, and local SEO signals were all configured before the site went live. For a Jersey-based business competing in a relatively tight market, getting the technical foundations right from the start means compounding returns on organic visibility.
The full build, from first design concept to live site, took one week.
Since Launch
The results speak through the trajectory of the business. Since launching the site, Signature Spaces has grown rapidly. The team is actively recruiting to meet demand heading into 2026. They are now delivering the Jersey Airport project alongside Ashbe, one of the most significant commercial contracts on the island.
The website continues to serve its original purpose: a credible, professional front door that converts referrals into enquiries and gives prospects confidence before first contact. The case studies section is growing as the team documents new completions, building a portfolio that compounds over time.
