Why User Research Is the Foundation of Good Product Design

Building products without user research is like navigating without a map. You might reach your destination, but you will waste time, money, and effort on wrong turns. User research provides the evidence you need to make confident product decisions — what to build, who to build it for, and how to prioritise features.

  • Yes. Most of our research is conducted remotely using video calls for interviews and moderated testing, and digital tools for surveys and unmoderated testing. Remote research is faster to recruit for and provides access to geographically diverse participants.
